Shipping & Returns

Here you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping fees, when your order will be delivered and how to exchange or return items you bought at our marketplace.
 

What are the shipping fees?

Shop Like You Give a Damn is a marketplace with vegan, fair and sustainable fashion and cosmetics items from many different, independent and pioneering sellers. Regardless of how many different brands or webshops you're ordering from, you'll usually pay just one fixed shipping fee of € 4,95 in Europe, with the exception of the UK (£4.95), Denmark (kr.) and Sweden (kr).

What is a shipping supplement?

In some situations a seller isn’t capable of bearing the often expensive international shipping by themselves. To be able to offer their ethical collection on our platform, they need to ask a shipping supplement. How much that is, depends on where you’re ordering from. Whether you’ll be asked to pay a shipping supplement, is always clearly shown on the product pages, in your shopping cart and at checkout.

Shopping from outside Europe?

The shipping fee you’ll be asked to pay, depends entirely on your location and the sellers you're ordering from. These fees are determined by the sellers: you'll be asked to pay exactly (no more, no less) what we're charged by our sellers to ship to your country. We don't make any extra money off of this. Purchasing multiple items from different sellers may therefore result in multiple shipping charges. We'll let you know which amount from each seller you need to add to your cart in order to qualify for free shipping.

When will my order be delivered?

When you're shopping in our online department store, the delivery date(s) depend(s) on the seller(s) you're buying from. You can view the estimated delivery time of each seller on all the product pages, in your shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Depending on where the seller you’ve purchased from is located and your own address, your package will arrive between a couple of days up to a maximum of 4 weeks. If you’ve purchased from different sellers, your items may arrive at different times.

How can I return an item?

Please be sure to send your return to the right seller. Check in your order confirmation from which seller you received your item(s).

Not completely happy with your purchase? Prefer a different size or color? No problem.

  • You can return any unworn, unused item(s) to the seller within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
    • Simply let us or the seller know within two weeks after the delivery.
    • Then you'll have another 14 days to return the item to the seller's given address.
  • View the return policy of your seller(s) in the order confirmation that we’ve sent to you via email or via the overview of all our sellers' return policies below;
  • Use these instructions to exchange or return your item(s) to the seller(s) you’ve purchased from.
  • After the seller(s) confirm(s) to us that the item has arrived in the same condition in which it was shipped and they accept the return, we'll arrange your refund straightaway.

Of course, you’re free to try on your purchase. Please note that all returned items must be unworn, untreated, and in their original condition and with tags and/or stickers attached. All returns are checked by the seller upon receipt. If the returned item does not comply with the return terms, the seller might not accept your return, in which case we will not be able to give you a refund.
