PlanetCare ships from Slovenia.

The best way to deal with returns is to prevent them in the first place. If you are concerned about whether the filter will fit in the space around your washing machine, whether it is compatible with your washing machine, please contact PlanetCare and they will be happy to assist you. You can even send PlanetCare a photo of your washing machine setup and they'll give you honest feedback on how to proceed!

Returns

Not quite sure about your purchase? At PlanetCare you have 30 days to change your mind. As soon as your returned order has been received in good order by PlanetCare, you will be credited with the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn.

Please note that returns can only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return costs are for your own account. Please email hello@planetcare.org with your name, email address and order number - both the order number of PlanetCare and the number beginning with #SLYGAD. PlanetCare will provide you with further return instructions.

Return used filters

The shipment of used filter cartridges is FREE. When you've used your cartridges, simply request collection and PlanetCare will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Cartridges must be returned in their original packaging. Collection requests can be submitted here .
