Returns

First Adventures gives you 21 days after purchase in which you can cancel the purchase of the item. After notifying First Adventures and Shop Like You Give a Damn about the return, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn. Return costs are for your own account. In order for the returned items to be accepted for refund, they must be in new condition, unused and with the labels still attached.

Before returning, please send an e-mail to info@fe-atelier.com and mention:

your name
order number
product(s) you want to return
reason of return

Once First Adventures has received your email, you will receive a confirmation by email and you will receive a separate email via MyParcel with a return link. Costs for the return are for your own account. You pay the costs directly to MyParcel (PostNL) before you print the return label. After receiving the confirmation the unused items can be sent to a PostNL point.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for a size larger or smaller, please send us an email with your request to exchange. We will send you a shipping label. You have to pay for the return shipping, but we take care of the costs from us to you for the new item! So you only pay the costs once.
