At nuuwai you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return / exchange, you can contact us at info@nuuwai.com or by phone at 0511-616 55 852 and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about the return.

• nuuwai is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange.
• Please note we do not cover for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the customer's sole responsibility and we cannot refund these costs.

Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents, you are asked to report this immediately to nuuwai by phone or email. We will then provide you with further instruction. 

Guarantee

•  If there is a defect in the purchased item, the warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
• The limitation period for statutory claims for defects is two years for consumers and begins on the date of delivery or receipt of the item by the customer.
