If you want to return your order, you have 14 days to do so after receiving the product, as long as the product has no visible signs of use. That's why we recommend trying the AMEs indoors on a carpet. If a mistake has been made by All My Eco, they will reimburse the shipping costs.
When you return a product, don't forget to put the invoice or another document with your name in the box.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be printed and attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@allmyeco.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return request will not be accepted.

Once a return has been requested, the package must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order, otherwise we cannot accept it.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
