Return information

Rarámuri has a "no questions asked" 30 day return policy. If you want to return the sandals for any reason, you can return them using the return form on this page.

If you exchange your sandals for a different size or model, Rarámuri will bear the shipping costs. This does not apply if you only want to exchange ribbons.

If you want to return your order, the costs are for your own account.
