According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. At Olly Lingerie you even have a 30-day cooling-off period. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

Contact sav@olly-lingerie.com to return all or part of the order. Products can be returned free of charge from mainland France (we will send a pre-stamped return envelope) and at customer expense for customers from other countries, within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns can be exchanged or refunded. Products must be returned clean, unwashed, unworn and complete with tags still attached. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
