At Fraenck, we stand behind all the products we sell. If you are dissatisfied with a Fraenck product, for whatever reason, you can  return it to us within 14 days of receipt  The costs of return are for your own account. After receipt of your return, you will receive your purchase amount and any shipping costs via Shop Like You Give a Damn.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

  • Before returning one or more products to us, it is important to contact us to register your return. This can be done via contact@fraenck.com. You will not receive a return label with your order. (If we have not received a return notification, Unfortunately, we cannot process a return and you are not eligible for a refund of the purchase amount.)
  • In your return notification, state the order number and the name of the product or products that you wish to return.
  • Send the products in such a way that they are returned undamaged and enclose the invoice or packing slip. If you no longer have it, write down your details, the order number and product name on a separate note and add it.
  • Keep the proof of shipping that you receive when you drop off your package at the post office or service point. Without this proof of shipment, we may not be able to refund the purchase amount of the products or to resend in the event that the item is unexpectedly lost during transport.

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?

  • Would you like to exchange an ordered product for something else? That is possible: return the ordered product via the above instructions and place a new order.

NEXT

  • If you received a free gift/product with your order due to a promotion and you would like to return your entire order, we would like to ask you to also return the free gift/product to complete your return to be able to process. If you return your entire order but want to keep the free gift/product, the value of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the rest of the order you returned.
  • Returns that are registered after the expiry of the official period of 14 days, unfortunately cannot be processed.
