At Vanilla Sand you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are extended returns times during holiday seasons. 

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

VANILLASAND is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

How to Return, Processing & Refunds
Your order number can be found in the upper corner in your confirmation email. If you are looking at your packing slip, you also find it. Pack your stuff and send to:
