If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you return the items to our logistics department within 30 days by registered post. You bear the costs of returning goods at your own expense. Please read the instructions below carefully:

THE KEY APPROACH: WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEO TRACKS!
Make sure your armpits and skin are clean before trying on the bikini tops. That means no deodorant or cream. After all, it is hardly possible to remove deodorant traces from the textile afterwards. Please ensure that the returned goods are absolutely clean and perfect. We cannot refund items with deodorant markings. The item is then unsaleable, which is annoying for us and for you.

EXCHANGE: HOW DO I CONTINUE?
The easiest and fastest for both sides is to place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges. For the sake of the environment, we try to use as little paper as possible, which is why you will not find packing slips, invoices or pre-printed returns in our packages. See the next section, ‘Returns’ for more information on returns.

RETURN FROM GERMANY
If you ordered from Germany, you can simply return your order to us insured:

After we have checked the return shipment for impeccable quality, you will receive your money back from us with the same payment method you used for your order. This can take 7-30 days, please be patient. Make sure the goods are absolutely clean and in perfect condition.

RETURN FROM EUROPE
If you have ordered from Europe, we ask you to return the items insured to our logistics department within 30 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Customers from non-EU countries bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If INASKA is nevertheless charged the return shipping costs, these will be settled with the refund of the returned items and the amount of the return shipping costs will be deducted. Note the return period of max. 30 days.
