RETURN POLICY

We appreciate any comments about our goods or the way your order has been handled. Our Customer Service can be reached by email at info@canussa.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of the shipment date for an exchange or refund.

In the unlikely event of defective goods, please be kind to them, email us at info@canussa.com, with your order number and the nature of the error.

When returning items, in principle you don't have to contact us:

  • Please complete the returns form provided with your order and state whether you require an exchange or refund, as well as the nature of your return. ie defective item / does not fit etc.

If you lost this, please email us with your reasons.

If you return an item to us, you will be responsible for the cost of return and the condition of the item(s).

• The item(s) are your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the package using a secure and trackable method, i.e. registered / special delivery, and keep your proof of receipt. Make sure your package is insured and prepaid.
• Products must be returned in the original correct product packaging (including product bag), otherwise they will not be accepted
• All returns (including product packaging) must be returned to us in re-saleable condition (unless defective).
• Product bags should NOT be used as postal packaging.
• We'll send you an email once the return has been processed.
• Your refund will be returned to the same credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. It can take up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that refunds for goods purchased as gifts can only be refunded to the debit or credit card holder (the original payer).
• If you encounter any problems, please keep your invoice with your order details for your reference and include your order reference in all correspondence.
• If you do not comply with these conditions, the product will be returned to you without a refund.
• In the unlikely event of a fraudulent transaction, a refund will be made once an investigation has been completed.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered once delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your legal rights and remedies, you are responsible for inspecting your products for any defects and, if so, reporting any complaints. In the event of defective products or non-conformity with your order, you have the option of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping costs once our customer service has completed your return. You also have the right to keep the defective product and to request a discount on the price.
