Returns
Traditionally, 1 in 4 products purchased online is returned, which is a lot. We believe in promoting more conscious buying behavior and strongly encourage our customers to buy what they love.

We are a small organization that tries to reduce the negative impact of fashion on our planet. The clothing we make for you is made of high quality, 100% organic and made under fair working conditions. All this comes with costs. Free returns are cost-intensive, especially for a young brand. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to consider the following:

1. Shop wisely - Buy only what you love.
2. Unless the product has physical damage or quality problems, if you just don't like it, try to reuse the product you bought (maybe gift it to a friend who will love it more than you)
4. If you still receive a product that is damaged, or you don't like what you have in the box, please follow the instructions below.

Our return policy is 15 days. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@kaboosh.com and send your item to the address below.

Returns
To return your product, you must send your product to the address below.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $60, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
