According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

How do I return something?
Follow the following steps: 

• Tick on the packing slip which product you would like to return. Add the packing slip to the package you are returning. 
• We ask that you use the original packaging and include all original packaging material in the box so that we can reuse it! 
• Ship the package to the address below.

​​​​​​​The return costs are for your account. It can take a few days for the package to reach us and be processed. Once everything is in order, we will refund the products you have sent back.
