Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please send an email to hello@nicetomeetme.at . For returns, the clothing must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The labels must still be attached.

Returns for orders from Germany or Austria are free. The return label that was sent in the order confirmation can be used for this. You can also email hello@nicetomeetme.at to request the return label.

The return costs of orders for other EU countries are borne by the customer. Be sure to keep your package receipt or tracking number, as nice to meet me cannot be held responsible for missing packages. When the returned package is received, the items are checked and then the order amount is refunded by Shop Like You Give a Damn.
