At MAHLA you have 14 days after receipt of your item to request a return.

If you would like to return/exchange, please contact us at webstore@mahlaclothing.com with the following information;
- Order number and date
- Product name
- Reason of return

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• As a customer, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for packages lost in transit.

• Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  You will receive the money back to the same bank account with which your order was paid.

PAY ATTENTION!

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Personalized items
- Made to order items

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order for goods purchased at full retail price. If you would like to exchange a product, please send an email to webstore@mahlaclothing.com
Please quote your order number and specify the exchange you would like (new colour/size/style).

Also state the request in your return package. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for packages lost in transit.

If you exchange an item due to Mahla Clothing's error or quality problems, we will bear the shipping costs.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon completion of exchange processing. If you have any questions or comments, please send us an email.
