Returns
It may happen that you change your mind about your purchase. Whatever the reason is, you can send your product back to us if the request is made within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in good condition; undamaged, and unused.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using the received packaging when returning to save the use of additional material.

Refunds
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the full amount of the product to your original payment method. Allow for up to 10 days for it to reflect in your account. Please note, that the product must be in good condition; undamaged, and unused to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues on delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We want to guarantee the quality of our products. If a defect occurs within 3 months (90 days after purchase), we will take care of it. Contact us, and after consultation, we will replace your defective bag with a new one in the same model and color. The shipping cost for the product will be fully covered.
*Please note that this will only result in a replacement in the same model and color.
