Return Policy

After purchasing a Witlof Skincare product, you as a consumer have a cooling-off period of seven days to determine whether you want to return the product. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
We ask you to handle the products and packaging with care. You may only unpack the products to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep them. This means that you are not allowed to test or try the products. Used or damaged products cannot be returned.

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can return the products with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging to Witlof Skincare. Please contact hello@witlofskincare.com for further instructions.

The costs of return are for your own account.

Shop Like You Give a Damn will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or cancellation.
