Return information

You can return an item within the period of 14 days after delivery of the item. Notify ADUH of the return within this period via info@aduh.shop for further return instructions. After this 14-day period, ADUH assumes that the customer is satisfied with the order.

A returned item must always be reported and shipped according to the return procedure, otherwise the refund may be delayed.

The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returned items will only be accepted if all labels are intact and applied. ADUH will not accept items with missing labels.

Shipping costs of any returns are for your own account. In case of damage, the costs are for ADUH. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. ADUH is not responsible for damage, theft or loss.

Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be made within 30 days of delivery.
