According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

Return a product You can do this by first sending an e-mail to labo@abbeylab.nl and sending the products to to send us back.

• You can return the products if they are unopened and in good condition. Our advice is therefore to pack it carefully. The postage costs of the return shipment are for your account.
• Enclose a note with your details on it in your return package so we know where it came from.

We do our very best to ensure that your order runs smoothly, but if something went wrong or if your package did not arrive in good condition, we will solve it as soon as possible. In that case, please contact us via labo@abbeylab.nl
