At THAMON you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days after receiving your item to ship your return package.

To start a return follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@thamon.co along with the Thamon order number and a reason for the return/exchangeand.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation number (RA) and the warehouse address where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.
  3. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as THAMON are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • New, unused and in good condition.
  • Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchange unless the item you purchased is defective. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thamon.co

 All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
