Delays
We will not be liable to you for any delay in the delivery of ordered products or other items to the extent that the delay is due to any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, industrial dispute, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil unrest, willful damage, explosion, government action and other similar events.

General information
The goods will be delivered to the address specified when placing the order. If the recipient's address is incorrectly stated, the customer will bear the additional costs incurred. The same applies if the goods cannot be delivered. The preparation and shipping costs are borne by SABINNA for deliveries to the countries indicated. The goods are shipped via a delivery company selected by SABINNA, directly to the address provided by the customer. SABINNA is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Returns and exchanges

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items sold by sabinna.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided the return label remains on the garment and the item is in the same condition. The costs for the return are borne by the customer.

Exchange
We are happy to exchange your order within 14 days from the date of delivery and if the item is in stock, if products are damaged, defective or mis-shipped, or any other circumstance that is at our fault.
