This seller ships from the Netherlands.

Send an email to info@juuls.store within 14 days of receiving your order, with the notice that you want to return an item. We will then send you an instruction for returning your order. You then have 14 days to return the product(s). We would be happy to hear the reason for the return (but this is not mandatory).

Discounted items can of course also be returned!
We receive returned items if possible in the original packaging (please keep the product as original and undamaged). In addition, the item must be returned to us in suitable packaging, preferably in the shipping box that you received from us.

The shipping costs for the return shipment are for the account of the customer (unless otherwise agreed). Returns must always be sufficiently stamped. Insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted and therefore not credited.

If shipping costs have been charged (for shipping from the webshop to the customer), and you return all delivered products, you will also receive these shipping costs refunded. We use the same payment method that you used for the refund. This refund is free of charge for you.
