RETURN

• With FAIR e-GOOD you always have the option to return your order within 14 days of the invoice date.
• The costs and the risk of sending are for your own account upon return.
• If you want to return the order, please contact us by e-mail at the above e-mail address. It must contain:
  • "RETURN + product" as subject.
  • Your full name, order number, product name and product code of the item you want to return. You will find the order number in the e-mail confirmation that FAIR e-GOOD sends you. (This can end up in your spam).
  • The reason (s) for your return, so that we can forward any defects to the suppliers and / or improve information on the webshop.
• We will then email you the return address.
• It is best to use the box with which we have sent the package.
• You then deliver the package to a PostNL location of your choice.

Make sure you frank the shipment sufficiently. PostNL charges hefty fines for packages that are not sufficiently stamped. We cannot accept these packages.

EXCHANGE

• Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or color or a different product? Then always contact us first.
• Exchange is possible within 14 days after the invoice date.
• The costs and the risk of sending are for your own account upon return. Make sure that you frank the shipment sufficiently. PostNL charges hefty fines for packages that are not sufficiently stamped. If this is the case, then we cannot accept the package.
• FAIR e-GOOD pays the shipping costs for sending a new product once, provided that the value of the new shipment is the same or higher.

PAY ATTENTION

• Products that are returned after the cooling-off period of 14 days cannot be taken back.
• We will only handle returns if they are returned in their original condition including attached labels and original packaging.
• Of course you can always fit the clothes, but worn, damaged and / or used items are refused.

DAMAGES
All goods are carefully checked before shipment. If you still find an error when receiving your order, please contact FAIR e-GOOD. You can then return the product at our expense and you will receive a new product, or you will get your money back.
