According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

At The KOFF Label you can return the fully priced goods within 14 days from the date of purchase at The KOFF Label. The return costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Please ensure that the item being returned is in unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact info@thekofflabel.com and return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase. We recommend that you send it by certified mail or other mail that must be signed on delivery.
