According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact usn at kip.textielagentuur@gmail .com en return the items to us. Return costs are for your own account.

Exchange or return is only possible:
– if the item is not damaged,
– the item must not have been used or worn,
– in original and undamaged packaging.

Parafina has the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the above requirements.
