According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. At KarTent you even have a 30-day cooling-off period. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – be returned to KarTent in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at webshop@kartent.com and return the items to us.

Exchange or return is only possible:
– if the item is not damaged
– if the item is not used
