If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (this only counts for the essentials)
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
Once received, your return will be inspected. Once your request is approved, Shop Like You Give a Damn will refund you within a few days. The return cost is for the customer. If you would like to exchange an item, the return cost is for the customer as well, however the new item will be shipped to you for free.
