At Vinnia, we want nothing more than for you to enjoy your products. We will do everything we can to help you so that you are satisfied with your order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

Note: sale products from Vinnia cannot be returned.

Returns

• If you'd like to share, we'd love to hear the reason for returning or exchanging a piece.
• Send us a few photos so we can see if the product is in new condition (with all original packaging, hang tags and protective strips).< /li>
• Once the request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will notify you of the next steps to take.

Return or exchange requirements:

• Products must be returned within 10 business days for a full refund.
• Please attach the invoice
• The item must be in its original condition, with the hang tag still attached and unworn. Swimwear must also have hygiene stickers as received. For hygienic reasons, underwear should be worn when trying on swimwear. Do not leave makeup or other stains on the product.
• If items do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned to the customer.
