Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can register your return with us up to 14 days after receipt. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the package. After receiving your return, we will send you the item for which you wanted to exchange. You will receive the amount refunded by Shop Like You Give a Damn (including the shipping costs if you return the entire order).
The costs for returning the package are at your expense.
Please note that the product has not been worn and is returned to us in its original, clean condition, together with proof of purchase. If the product is in such bad condition that it can no longer be repaired in a salable condition, we will charge half of the purchase amount.

How does the return process work at Urban Goddess?
Step 1
Mail to hello@urban-goddess.com that you would like to return or exchange your product. Then download the return form on this page and fill it in as completely as possible. Important is your original order number, the product that you return (please include the article number, which you can find on your invoice) and whether you want to exchange the product or whether you would like a refund. 

Step 2
Send the package with the completed form to our warehouse, with a track & trace code! Urban Goddess is not responsible for lost return packages. We can therefore not process yoga clothing that has not arrived with us as a return. Packages sent to a different/wrong address cannot be processed either. You will have to go after the package yourself and ensure that it arrives at the correct address. The address where you can send the package is:

Step 3
Upon arrival, we check whether the product is in good condition. If everything is in order, Shop Like You Give a Damn will send you your refund. You will receive an email about this 
Shipping costs of the returned product are for the buyer. When resending a replacement item(s), the shipping costs are for our account. If you are not sure about your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customers for advice. Urban Goddess yoga clothing would like to stimulate awareness that every shipment has an impact on the environment and therefore we would like to prevent unnecessary shipping.
