Returns

Our return policy for regular price items is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received the product, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The return policy for Sale items takes 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, please send your product to the address below.

Returns are free of charge. However, if the item you have returned is in a used or unacceptable condition, we will charge you the shipping cost and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a while for your return to arrive at our office. Please understand that we cannot refund your return until we receive it.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your bank, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@thelingerist.com.

Sale items
Sale items can be returned within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@thelingerist.com, explain the damage and send your item to the address below.

We provide you with the necessary shipping documents. Please note that not all items can be exchanged if the item in your size is sold out. Should this be the case, we will initiate a refund.
