This seller ships from Spain.

All unused products can be returned within a 45 day period - excluding socks and the cleaning kit. You can exchange or a return your order.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed in the original condition and packaging, with no visible signs of use.

To submit your return or exchange, please use the SAYE return portal.

Exchanges
To request an exchange you have to choose the 'Credit Store' option. The return shipping cost will be satisfied by SAYE.

Once we receive your package, we will issue a Credit Store Voucher for the amount you paid, which you can use to buy another product or the same one in another size. Your Credit Store Voucher does not expire.

Returns
To request a refund you have to choose the 'Payment Method' option. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Additional taxes are not covered by SAYE.
