At NUARSWIM you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return / exchange, you can contact us at info@nuarswim.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • NUARSWIM is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange.
  • Please note we do not cover for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the customer's sole responsibility and we cannot refund these costs.
  • Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us.
  • Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to info@nuarswim.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced**

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes items have to be exchanged because of wrong sizing or other reasons. Please note that we are still a small company and our stock is limited so we can't always guarantee exchanges. When you contact us for an exchange we will get back to you a let you know if the item(s) you wish to exchange is available, if so we will send you the return information. The customer is responsible for the return cost but we will pay for the shipping of the new item.
