Exchange or return
If an item in your order does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving the order. The following conditions apply for this:

The item you wish to exchange or return is unworn and undamaged and must be returned as much as possible in its original or in clean, sturdy packaging. Damage to the item during the return is at your expense, so make sure you pack it well.
Before you want to exchange or return an item, please contact hi@louislouis.nl. This way we can help you as best as possible and together we ensure that we avoid unnecessary costs and transport.

Exchanges and/or returns are at your own expense.

Make sure you clearly state the order number and your address on a note that you put in the package with the item. This way we can process the package quickly and effortlessly.
Address the shipment in accordance with the instructions in the e-mail you receive after registering your return and offer the shipment as soon as possible at your local post office or service point. Upon delivery, you will receive a shipping receipt with a barcode on it. Keep this proof of shipping until your return has been processed by us.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

You can also always contact us before purchasing your order if you want advice about a size and the size chart does not help. In this way we hope to minimize exchanges based on size and have the least possible impact on the environment.
