According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn.

When you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – be returned to Label my Light in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@labelmylight.com info@labelmylight.com and return the items to us return it.

Exchange or return is only possible:
– if the item is not damaged,
– the item must not have been used,
– in original and undamaged packaging.

Return costs are for your own account.
