Return Information

• KOA Yoga accepts returns within 30 days.

Please note: In order to complete your return, we require an order confirmation or proof of purchase. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, please use a trackable shipping service. The tracking number is the only valid proof of shipping.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be issued:
*Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at contact@koa-yoga.com and we'll tell you the steps to take.

Please note that processing your return/exchange may take a few days after the return has arrived at the KOA Yoga warehouse. When it is received in good order, Shop Like You Give a Damn will process the refund.

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at contact@koa-yoga.com and we will tell you the steps you have to take.

As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the item back to us (unless the item is damaged).

If you exchange an item for a cheaper item, we will refund the difference (minus the shipping costs).
If you exchange an item for a larger one, we will charge you the difference (plus shipping costs).
