Return policy

From the day you receive your order, you will have 14 calendar days to return a product. As soon as you want to return a product, please contact HNST at info@letsbehonest.eu. They will send you a prepaid return label within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

To be eligible for a refund, your products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Your product must include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Once HNST has receives your product, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned product. 
If your return is approved, Shop Like You Give a Damn will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
