EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• The right to exchange applies only to unused and faultless items from which the labels have not been removed
• A free exchange can only be made once for the same item in a different color
• The return takes place in one shipment. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns at different times from the same order 
• The return is carried out with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered (DHL) 
• We can only accept exchanges from the respective country of delivery. If the delivery was sent to Germany, for example, the return can only be arranged from Germany. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free, the fees for import and delivery are at your expense

CANCELLATION STATEMENT
If you want to cancel your contractual declaration, there are two options: 

1. DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION BY RETURN
Your declaration of cancellation is made directly within 14 days after delivery by returning the goods. 

 2. DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION IN WRITING OR TELEPHONE
Your declaration of cancellation will be sent to us in writing within 14 days of delivery, e.g. by email, fax, post or by phone. We recommend that you use our sample form. Then send the goods back to us within 14 days.

REFUND OF THE PRICE
After we have received your return, we will inform Shop Like You Give a Damn about the credit to be made. The refund will be made by Shop Like You Give a Damn. Please note: 

• The refund will be made in the same payment method as the purchase 
• The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase 
• The amount debited is always refunded to the buyer and card or account holder 
• The time of the payment refund depends on the respective payment method or credit card 

YOGA MAT EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Please note that we cannot take back yoga mats whose protective packaging has been damaged or removed. Please do not remove the protective packaging from the mat if you are not sure whether you want to keep the mat. For hygienic reasons it is not possible for us to take back these goods. 

The sizes and dimensions of the yoga mats and the colors are shown in detail on our website. If you are not sure or need advice, we are very happy to help you. 

If the mat is originally packaged in the protective packaging, we will take the mat back without any problems according to the conditions for exchange and returns
