When can I return a product?

You can return a product at any time within 14 days and receive your payment back or exchange the product (when the new product has a different price, it will be deducted from the price of the old product). Products will only be accepted if they have not been worn and have been returned in the original packaging.

How do I return a product?

For returns, please use this return form and include it with the return.

Return shipping costs

If you want to make use of the right of return or if you want to exchange a product, you must pay the shipping costs of returning the product yourself. You are also responsible for any loss of the product during transport to us. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

When will my request be processed?

As soon as your product has been received, we will notify you and we will immediately process your request (return or exchange).
