Returns:

Culthread accepts returns within 14 days of reception of the items. This is for regular priced items only.
All SALE goods are final sale and non-refundable.

  • We offer a free exchange/return service, please contact us here
  • We offer a courier collection service subject to the terms and conditions of our contracted company, and we will endeavour to have the collection at a time and place that is convenient for you, although we cannot guarantee this.  
  • We carefully control all items before they are sent out to you. 

If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us here within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, preferably with photos of the fault/damage. Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first, as we will be unable to refund your postage costs.

Please ensure the following conditions are fulfilled: 

• Check all items upon receipt and please notify us within 24 hours of any damage or fault. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time. The reason for the return must be one of the following: wrong size, wrong article, wrong model/cut, article defect – please give us a description of the issue.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original tags attached. Items not returned in original packing with original tabs and the documents will not be refunded. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.

• You are responsible for packaging the returned item(s) appropriately so that they are not damaged in transit. If items are damaged in this way, they will not be refunded. 

• Personalised items, made to order items and earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
