Return Policy

As a customer you have the right to return your order to bleed within fourteen days. This withdrawal period of fourteen days starts on the day on which you have received the products. If the order has been delivered in several times, this period starts on the day you have received the last product.

To make use of the right of withdrawal you must inform bleed clothing of the decision to return (part of) the order, by e-mailing a clear statement to sales@bleed-clothing.com.

To guarantee the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to let bleed know that you wish to return (part of) the order within fourteen days of the withdrawal period. You must return or transfer the products to bleed immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which bleed notifies of the return.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you return your order, after receipt of the return shipment by bleed, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within a few days. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you originally used with your order.
