Exchange
You can always exchange an item of clothing, within 14 days of receipt, for another item (if available). If you want to exchange an item, we ask you to notify us in advance by email (hello@binki.co). In this e-mail you must also clearly indicate which item of clothing you would like to receive instead. After your request has been confirmed by us, you can send the item to us. The costs of returning are for your account, the costs for sending the new item are for our account.
Please note that the garment must be unworn, unwashed and that all labels must still be attached. If this is not the case, we have the right not to take back or exchange the item.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact hello@binki.co. We will then work with you to find a solution.
If you decide to cancel the purchase after receiving the clothing, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you notify us by email at hello@binki.co. A return shipment must be sufficiently stamped. We recommend the return shipment with a track & send a trace code, to avoid misunderstandings between sender and receiver. BiNKi has the right to refuse products that have been used, washed or damaged. The original labels must also still be attached.
