If you have any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can solve it for you. We want to make sure that all our customers are satisfied and we will always do our best to solve any problems.
Please note that our BAO products are handmade and 100% natural, so they tend to vary from batch to batch (minor changes in color or fragrance for example), but they have all have an expiration date set from the date they were MADE, not opened.
* Damage: If you receive a damaged product or item, please contact us at hello@baoskincare. co.uk. We will be happy to replace damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
For certain circumstances, we are happy to offer a replacement product within 7 days of purchase. Please email us with photos and information to hello@baoskincare.co.uk if you're concerned about your purchase, so we can figure something out.
Your happiness is our number one priority and we will do everything we can to make sure you love all your purchases of BAO products.
BAO Skincare will cover the shipping costs for returns + exchanges that are our fault, but we accept no responsibility for refunds or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BAO Skincare.
