When to return

In the event of an error in the content of the order, or if you have received a damaged or defective product, we would like to have personal contact or send us an email.

Many purchases via the internet have a legal cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. This period starts on the day after you have received the product. There are the following exceptions that apply to Aurora Dionis Dermacosmetics products.

• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
• Products that are not suitable for being returned for health or hygiene reasons. The right to reconsideration has expired when the seal is broken.

Send this model form when returning the purchase to make use of the right of withdrawal and follow the guidelines below for returns.

How to return?

If you want to return your order or part of it, please let us know which specific items you want to return. Do this by stating your name, mailing address and order number, and when possible, your telephone number and email address. The products must in any case be returned within the period of 14 days.

Furthermore, the following conditions apply for returns:

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products that have been used / opened cannot be taken back.

If the above conditions are met, the products you return will be reimbursed. The refund will be made by bank transfer which has been used for payment.
