According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

How can I return an item?
Register your return via email and take your package to a post office. The shipping costs for returns are for the customer and we only accept packages that are sent by registered mail.You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of the order, with the card still attached in a sealed package.

Mail hello@atelierjungles.com with the following information:

• The order number. You will find this in the order confirmation you received by email (the number is after the # in the order confirmation)
• The last name you entered during the ordering process
• The email address where you received the order confirmation

After you have registered your return
After registering your return item(s), you can return the package, but please note the following:

• Ensure registered postage
• Use the correct return address
• Enclose the return form in the box.
