AGAZI makes vegan shoes, handcrafted in its own atelier in Poland. Design and production take place under one roof, guided by the belief that responsibility is only possible when you truly understand how and by whom something is made. The team consists largely of women, including women with a refugee background, among them from Ukraine.

AGAZI does not start from trends, but from values. The brand recognises how the fashion industry contributes to emissions, waste and depletion, and consciously chooses a different path. No fast collections, no must-haves, but shoes designed to be worn for a long time, including by people with sensitive feet.

The materials are plant-based, carefully selected and free from animal-derived components. To extend the life of its shoes, AGAZI created the Second Leg programme. Customers can return worn shoes, which are then cleaned, refurbished and donated to a new wearer in need. This keeps shoes in use rather than sending them to landfill.

AGAZI continuously looks for ways to reduce the impact of its choices, step by step, without pretending that perfection is achievable. AGAZI does not call this fashion, but a redefinition of it. Shoes that are not about status or speed, but about comfort, care and respect for people, animals and the planet.
