I want to return my item, what do I do?
Please email us at info@norse.london. Within your email please include the following:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • Your order number
  • Your reason for returning the item

We would like to know your reasons for returning an item, i.e. whether you request a refund or would like a replacement. We will respond as soon as possible to arrange your return.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?
Defective Goods: Firstly, many apologies that your products have arrived in poor condition, this is never our intention. Please email info@norse.london to arrange a return. Once the goods have been returned we will refund you for every penny you have spent on the transaction. In other words, the retail price and shipping costs both ways.

If your goods arrive defective or damaged please notify us as soon as possible. Please also do not go ahead and use the product, as it will be harder to decipher if the product has been used or not, which will in-turn invalidate your return claim!

Non Defective Goods: Please give notice of cancellation within 14 days of receipt. Once returned we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and in all cases within 30 days of your given notice. We will refund the retail price of non-defective goods along with their original delivery charge. Unfortunately we will not refund your returned postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods. Please keep each product in it’s undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product.
