Can I return my product?
You can return your product within 14 days from the delivery date, following these steps:

Send an e-mail to info@llocals.com letting us know we can expect a returning item, including:< /p>

• your order number;
• which item you want to return;
• and;
  • if you'd like to exchange this item for an other size/color.
  • if you'd like to return an item and want to receive a refund of your garment(s).

What are the conditions for returning a product?
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached, its original packaging and free from any odors or pet hairs.

Will I be charged shipping for returning my product?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Llocals can not be made responsible for the package being lost or otherwise not received.
