GENERAL

Please ensure that you return the items in their original packaging, which must be unused and show no signs of wear, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All costs for returning the goods are borne by the sender (shipping costs / taxes).

HOW TO RETURN:

Please contact hello@komrads.world or fill in the return form. Send this return form by post or together with your package. Don't forget to include your order number and contact details so we can take a good look at your case.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case of a consumer purchase under the Distance Selling Act, the buyer has the right to return the delivered goods in whole or in part within a period of 14 days without stating reasons. This period starts on the delivery date of the ordered goods. If the customer does not return the delivered goods to KOMRADS within this period, the purchase becomes effective.

Before returning the goods, the customer is obliged to notify KOMRADS in writing of the return within 14 days of delivery (send an email to hello@komrads.world). The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of postal delivery.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in unused, new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered or damaged in any way by the customer, the right to dissolve under this paragraph will lapse.

Return of delivered goods is entirely at the risk and expense of the buyer.

The right of return does not apply to purchases of goods made to order and therefore custom-made. This right therefore does not apply to customization.

In case of incorrect delivery of ordered goods by KOMRADS, we will bear the full costs of the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the goods have been used, or in case of suspected damage through no fault of KOMRADS or the supplier of the product.< /small>
