🔁 Returns & reflection period

You have a 14 day reflection period.

Return costs are €6,95 (this amount will be deducted from your refund). To initiate a return, email SKFK’s returns team at ainoa@heavensprivee.com and include:

• Your Shop Like You Give a Damn order number (required — starting with SLYGAD_)
• The item you want to return, including the SKU number (required — you can find it in SKFK’s order confirmation) and the size/color
• The reason for return

SKFK will then send you a prepaid UPS return label. Once the return has been received and checked at the warehouse, Shop Like You Give a Damn will process your refund.
