To return a product please get in touch with us at hello@feralibens.com. In that email, mention that you ordered through Shop Like You Give a Damn and mention your order number (which starts with #SLYGAD_...). The customer will have to bear the costs for returns.
Shoes exchange is available for same models if you would like to change color or size. Shoes exchange requests are subject to product availability and it is possible to ask only for one free of charge item exchange.

You can ask for a full refund of your order within 14 working days from the order receipt. Returned shoes must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn, and include original packaging.
